Hello from Alicante

Black Bao Studio is a two-desk studio on the Spanish coast that builds websites the way infrastructure is built: measured, budgeted and boring where boring is a virtue. This is the first post.

We build curated, performance-obsessed sites and a handful of native apps. Vanilla TypeScript on the front end, Tailwind CSS compiled at build time, Go and Rust behind the curtain where they earn their place, and a build that refuses to let any file get heavier without a reason.

This blog is where the practices behind that get written down: the budgets, the fallbacks, the ports and the mistakes. Expect short posts, real numbers, and no framework announcements.
