Native apps, not web views
The utilities we publish are native. No bundled browser, no telemetry, no update daemon. Why a small studio takes the slower road and what it gets back.
Shipping a web view as an app is fast and it shows. The window does not feel like the platform, memory climbs with every tab the runtime opens for itself, and the download is a browser with a menu bar.
Going native costs more up front and pays back on every launch: instant windows, system controls that behave like system controls, and a binary small enough that the user never thinks about it. It is the same trade we make on the web, just with a different toolchain.
